Did homemade dough yesterday for 1st time and have some left over in the fridge. Can I freeze it and, if so, raw or flatten and cooked ? How long would it keep frozen ?

haven't tried it, but if I'd did I'd freeze it raw but flattened, so I could defrost it, smack toppings on and put in oven. Defrosting dough then rolling it out again sounds too much like hard work.

yeah should be fine. I make a more of a scone type dough but yes I freeze it. In the freezer I only tend to keep things about three months. I go by the rules in my Jeanette Orrey cookery book lol. Thats her rule of thumb
