Can someone tell me what to put in them please (not a complicated recipe ala Annabel Karmel that takes four hours please)
I don't eat meat so haven't made them before. This is for a 3 year old and a 19 month old. NB Neither will eat anything with the remotest hint of chilli

Red peppers, red onion, yellow peppers - all cut into strips.
Garlic clove crushed
Tomato paste
strips of chicken/beef

avocado (mashed
Sour cream
Grated cheese
tortilla wraps

Heat a little oil. Fry onions and garlic for 5 mins. Add peppers and chicken/beef until cooked stir in tomato paste (here I ad spices and chilli).

Serve by placing mixture into centre of tortilla top with a dollop of avo, sour cream and some cheese. Roll and eat.

Veneer's sound fab, but I will offer an alternative (in the interests of variety!)

Chopped tomatoes
Sweetcorn
Red pepper
Green Pepper
Onion
Sliced chicken breast (optional - notice you're veggie)

Soured cream/creme fraiche
avocado/guacamole
soft tortillas

Fry chicken in a little oil, add onions and peppers (soften, but leave a little bit of crunch) - I would add my spices here and a fair bit of ground black peppercorns, but you don't want to use them - add tomatoes and sweetcorn (looks like a mexican flag by this point - all red, yellow and green!) When thoroughly heated, spoon onto soft tortillas (don't overload) top with dollop of creme fraiche and avocado. Roll up and eat.
