fried rice is really healthy actually - it has peas in it and they are a vegetable

seriously though...babymonkey refuses to eat meat, I will give this one a go (and what other delish recipes are in the book? Saw it in sainsburys today and had to use a lot of will-power to not buy it!)

Ponce · 16/04/2007 18:47

OP posts:
Gingermonkey · 16/04/2007 18:54

I'm going to buy it when I go back to the supermercado. But where do you buy huge pasta shells from? I have never seen them in any shop except maybe poncey London ones - us Northerners don't have that sort of thing. Up until recently pasta came in a tin with tommy sauce

Enid · 16/04/2007 18:55

I do that anyway

with couscous

[skips off with a thrill that she has outponced annabel karmel]

moondog · 16/04/2007 18:55

Olive oil not good in Asian style recipes.
Groundnut or sunflower oil better.
