ooh I want to get dp into eating more fish.

I want to try one of those new tesco pots too. Live mussels in garlic sauce that you jsut bung in the microwave. Will be ideal for when I'm home alone and got a lot of work on.

one the neighbours were doing salmon on their bbq, the smell was wafting in through the window. I think I'd be worried about cooking it properly on a bbq, but it smelt gorgeous.

do you wrap it in foil? I've got some salmon steaks I stuck in the freezer, could start with them.

dingolimpet · 16/04/2007 12:01

I wouldn't worry about cooking salmon enough, I someimes eat it almost raw.
