yes , we have just been away and where we stayed we had roasted beetroot and it was lovely ! I think a bit of garlic etc was thrown in - perhaps a Jamie Oliver recipe ? but I'm not sure .

We do them roasted in olive oil with some chopped chillies. Used the pack with the 4 peeled ones in a vacuum pack from Asda. Very scrummy!

I love you guys - I had beetroot in my veg box this week and didn't know what to do with it!
