Are there any recipes that call for milk chocolate?

I've so much Easter chocolate left over from grandparents etc. I'd love to bake something with it. But all the recipes I know call for cocoa powder or semi-sweet choc. Ideas?

These suggestions are great. Souteastastra & chirpy: don't know how you found those sites, 'cause I'd been looking for sites like that but couldn't find any. And great idea melting it down, twiglett. Don't know why I didn't think of that. I guess it's a slightly healthier way to deal with the chocolate, too.

Yes, because chocolate wrapped round fruit doesn't count, you know

Half and half with dark chocolate it works nicely in chocolate crispy cakes and/or chocolate biscuit cake, too.
