Lots of salads!
pasta salad with green beans, tomatoes and hard boiled egg, rice salad with tuna and sweetcorn.
I usually leave a little of each ingredient to one side for those (ie DD)who won't eat all the ingredients or won't eat them all mixed up!

saltire · 15/04/2007 12:03

So far
Monday Lemon Sole, new potatoes and salad.
Tuesday Pizza, potatoe wedges and salad
Wednesday Pasta of some description
That's it just now, I can't think for this week at all

collision · 15/04/2007 12:13

Lentil, spinach and potato curry tonight.

Chicken Chasseur and veggies tomorrow.

Sausage and Borlotti Beans with polenta on Tuesday.

Thats it for now!!

Munz...why not do homemade burgers with the mince for a change instead of spag bol?

I have done this for the last couple of weeks and my boys are beside themselves with delight!!

NorksBride · 15/04/2007 20:35

Lasagne, rocket & tomato & pinenut salad
Steak/fish fingers & chips & peas/salad
Vegetable stir-fry & baked spicy crab/prawns
Meatballs with tomato sauce (with carrot & celery and whatever else I sneak into it) and penne pasta
Pizza & salad (must be swimming lesson day)
Sausage casserole & mash & beans
Something involving rabbit - might try Hugh F-W 'bunny burgers'.

Puddings are almost always fruit and/or ice cream or yoghurt.

Thanks PlusIX for reminding me that it's quiche weather

princesscc · 15/04/2007 20:40
