D & V in 9 month old - how do I prevent yog addiction??

DS has awful gastro virus at the moment. He's on 24 hour water/diarolyte only on instructions from GP as this thing has been hanging around for 4 days now. When I go back to feeding him, what should I do. The only thing he'll eat (and puke up) is fruit yoghurt at the moment (Rachel's little organics) - he was becoming a bit yog addicted previously. Do I give him a bit of baby rice?? Other fruits/ veggies.

He was fully weaned on puree/slightly lumpier foods mixed with finger foods previously although we were going through the independence assertion before this started.

This is his first D & V virus so I've not experienced this before and don't want to set myself up with an "addicted" (to yoghurt) baby....! by only offering him yoghurt for the next week or so !

Any advice greatly welcomed.

Nowt wrong with yoghurt.
My kids eat tonnes of it.
Plain is better though.

Just check it isn't a D& V bug that gets worse with milk products. I know when ds2 was little there was a nasty one going round here and the kids were being fed yoghurts, because it was all they would eat and it lasted for ages. We were a dairy free house at the time and my kids were ill for a much shorter time. Can't remember the name of the bug.
