Ds1 has had his pre-school leaving party - some mixture of cake/biscuits and sweets. Apparently no sandwiches/fruit etc.

He is literally bouncing off the walls. I've never seen him like this before.

What do I do to calm him down?

I need to talk to the pre-school tomorrow - what are the most likely culprits?

depends on the e-numbers that were in the foods. some are good, some are bad. I know that the e-numbers in blue smarties are particularly awful so I always eat them before dd sees them!

My son has gone like this with blue and orange things.Remember a particularly bad day at Pizza Express when about 3 sips of fanta sent him crazy!Even he doesn't want it now! There are a few kids in ds's class who bring in lollies and sweets from time to time and this has been trouble too.It is hard to stop them though when you aren't there 24/7
