We had a mystery vegetable in our Abel&Cole box today, came in a bag. Green leaves (quite Kale-esque to eat) with shooty things with mini yellow cauliflower tips.
I cooked it up with some fennel, onions, garlic and veg stock and pureed it into a quite yummy soup.
Any ideas what it was?
