I usually do carrot, apple, a bit of ginger and some lemon. lovely!

SillyMillysMummy · 14/04/2007 08:39

i have seen loads of people recommend that, but how much of each?

I'd say about four carrots, a couple of apples, small piece of ginger and a quarter of lemon. You may have to experiment a bit to see what you like.

watermelon, cranberry and orange is my fave atm!

I'd advise bulking most of them out with ice cubes and/or pure apple/orange juice as they can often be too thick.

does anybody know which ones are good for energy, detox etc?

If I remember cucumber and celery are good for detox. have been meaning to try this one in the mornings. Probably should start with hot water and lemon first thing which is also for detoxing. Haven't the willpower to give up the coffee yet, maybe all this sunshine will give me the motivation!!
