if i defrost meat i always do it at room temp

i hate microwaves though, they are a major cause of food poisoning

purplemonkeydishwasher · 12/04/2007 11:15

bit too late now though!
now what do i do?

itll be ok (she says)
its not like chicken, where you have to defrost at room temp or heat up to high temp again to kill off salmonella (i worry too much about this maybe)
