Well just the 3 won't hurt you. Best of luck in the race. We had one here recently though I wasn't able to do it. How far are you running? Is it a standard 3 miles?

I am doing it with Ronniebaby. We are walking it as she is about 18 weeks pregnant.

yes it has CT. But it was down until lunchtime again. I don't know, all these people with other interests . Saturday night and all. I don't feel too bad has have been out a fair bit recently and feeling a bit naff anyway.
