Will my fairy cakes fall?

Dammit!

Trying a new recipe for chocolate ones to take to the ILs for Easter.

Pulled them out b/c they looked really 'done' and turned off the oven.

But cocktail stick in the ones at the back NOT clean.

So I turned the oven back on and stuck 'em back in.

Hope they don't fall.

Oven had only been turned off a minute or so.

LOADS!

But I'm usually much more careful, south.

New recipe this time, too, and landlord put fan-assisted new oven in.

I hate this fan-assisted oven, but some smug bastard won the entire Lotto jackpot and we didn't win a bean, so that's it.

Going to leave off icing them for now because it's a vanilla buttercream icing and they need to be completely cool for that.

oh, well if you're icing them it doesn't matter anyway does it? You can hide anything with a good dollop of buttercream.
