Tapenade - Where can I get it ?

Was in Amsterdam last week and had tapenade a couple of times. Once it was on the side of the plate with a salad and the second time it was a tomatoe tapenade spread on bread with a ham & mozarella filling. It was so delicious.

I'm assuming it would come in a jar. Anyone know where I can buy it ready-made ?

Sainsburys & Waitrose do it - its only olive paste isn't it??

Or make it:

Black olive paste

1 cup big black oily olives, stoned
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup fresh chopped flat-leaf parsley
2 large sprigs rosemary, leaves stripped and chopped
2 large sprigs thyme, leaves stripped
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
freshly ground black pepper

How do you make tomato tapenade?

I'd use sundried tomatoes instead of olives!!
