Anyone know the ingredients in Creme Fraiche

Am just about to add it to pasta sauce but remember reading somewhere that it contains gelatine - anyone know if this true - carton just says "contains milk".

its cultured cream; the low-fat versions used to occasionally contain gelatine but they dont anymore, and unless it is mentioned there wont be anything other than cream in it.
