cant i (microwave) defrost Naan bread??

as ive forgot to take it out to let it defrost for 2 hours but my chicken korma is ready

I defrost/heat home-made Naan (fully cooked and has been frozen) in the microwave and it certainly tasted alright - not sure about the packaged stuff though. Don't see why not unless cooking isn't complete in the packaged variety?

(it might not be ideal of course... but I can't see that it's going to kill it...)

Try popping it into the toaster - that's what I do - I do the same with frozen pittas
