What age Easter Eggs?

Not sure at what age you can give little ones chocolate. My DS is 10 months and I'm not sure whether he's ok to have a small nibble of any chocolate egg which might come my way over easter! Obviously I wouldn't give him lots, but is a tiny bit ok?

DS1 had his fiorst bit of choc about that age I think (My mum gave it to him)

well it won't kill him
whether you want him to have it is up to you.

see if I brought my 14mo one it a) wouldn't last until easter and b) would just get eaten by me anyway even if it did by some miracle last until easter. And I would have to sneak it when ds1 wasn't around to tell me it was ds2's egg.

ds is getting his first this year from my mum t the grand old age of 3 To be fair he has chocolate and treats, just I never saw the need to buy him one and last year my mum got him 'Spot's first Easte' which has lasted a good deal longer!
