Mint Sauce

I am growing mint and wondering if anyone knows how to make mint sauce or mint jelly

dh made some last week. All he did was chop up the mint really small and added white wine vinegar and a bit of sugar. Think he did it to taste and a very good taste it was too!

I make mint sauce by finely chopping a big handful of mint leaves and putting them in a jar. A add malt vinegar and sugar to taste and shake. Get sbetter the longer you leave it.

Jelly more complicated I will try and find a link to a good recipe.
