I'm fed up with cooking the same things all the time if anyone can suggest any main meals for my dds (or any tactics!)

dd1- eats pasta/rice, a little bit of beef/fish/chicken/turkey, carrots/sweetcorn/red pepper, most fruit

dd2- eats chips, pizza ,sausage,peas/carrots/sweetcorn,ALL fruit. Will not eat sauces/mixed up food-just throws up if you make her taste it!

Must be more things they eat but can't think of them offhand.

Glad it's not just my DD1!

She reacts as if I am trying to poison her if I try a sauce. DD2, bless, is still quite little (16 months) so eats fairly well. I get sick of cooking different things though. Things I do they both eat:

casseroles (DD1 - meat has to be dried off by her on kitchen roll, has to have pasta with it, and veg has to be broccoli cooked separately)
roast dinner - yorkshire puddings go down well
pancakes with different savoury/sweet fillings
very dry risotto - e.g. chicken
make your own pizza (I have bread maker so easy to make the base)
fish fingers
toad in the hole
just managed to get DD1 having spag bol as long as I keep some fairly big lumps of beef in and remove as much tomato sauce as possible.

Tactics - nothing seems to work here! I just keep hoping she will grow out of it.

Baked potatoes are always good, because they will go with anything. You can put salad stuff with them, fish, sausages, baked beans, cheese, tuna, just about anything.
They are so simple ,when I run out of things to do,i always stick some spuds in the oven, and they always go down well.

Sorry got sidetracked by theLife on Mars thread

They do like Yorkshire puds/pancakes dd2 won't eat toad in the hole but will eat YP/sausage separatly

Neither will eat potatos (dd2 eats chips but dd1 won't even eat them)

tried dd1 on canneloni tonight, so pasta -check, cheese-check , tuna-check and she cried she tried it but didn't like it , argh!!!!!!!
