tahini, what do you use it with/for?

I've bought tahini paste atlast to make hummus but what else can I use it for? It's a jam jar sized pot but I won't need much in the hummus.

lots of houmous? freeze some?

Baba ganoush (sp?) - mashed up roasted aubergines with garlic, lemon juice, oil and tahini.

Sounds yummy, that would be 2 dip style dishes. Have to go back out tomorrow and get some bread sticks!

I recently used in a nice veggie casserole, added a different flavour for a change plus some toasted sesame seeds
