reheating cod

if I bought a fresh piece of cod yesterday can I cook it today, can I put it in the fridge and reheat it tomorrow or will it be off? it's for my lo who's 16 months - don't want to poison him! The woman told me after I'd put it in my trolley that it had been previously frozen so couldn't freeze it

I think you can reheat cooked fish/meat once as long as you do it really thoroughly. I've done it with DS.

I mean DS's FOOD obviously
