Hi all

We are trying to healthy eat again as a family. We have found ds2 behaviour has gone off the scale yet again as our eating habits had changed for the worse.

I am looking for tasty low fat healthy meals that all our family can enjoy.

There is myself, dh ds1(5) and dts(3)

We buy all our fruit and vegetables fresh from our local farmers market weekly and I have become a pro at hidding some vegetables too

Hope you can help

TIA
Jambuttie

Hi jambuttie, have a look at a book called Superfeast by Micheal Van Straten-it's got some lovely, quick, low fat recipes in it.
BBC Food is also really good.

Thanks Rabbit

I have bought the dinner lady books which are good for "hidding" veg etc in for the boys and also Ainsley Harriots low fat meals in minutes. just getting a bit bored with them all and going back to our old ways

I also have some scottish slimmer books too that I use.

Just need LOADS of inspiration to kick my ass back into touch

Hiya, a friend mentioned some 'Mary Berry' books which are supposed to be excellent. I'm going to buy one of her books and this is the best link I've found so far:
