16 month old not eating properly

Hi, My 16 month old has a healthy appetite but will only eat bread, cheese, any fruit or yogurt. She was eating a tuna, pasta & grated veggie dish in cheese sauce since she was about 9 months old but has gone off it. (I don't blame her, who wouldn't after such a long time). I have tried offering her all sorts of things including meats 10 times or more but she refuses to even taste anything that is not what she likes. I don't know what to do. I would like her to be eating what we eat and we eat everything and are not fussy eaters. Can someone please help as I am very worried that she is not getting what she needs to grow properly. Thanks.

BB - can't really offer any help but just wanted to let you know you are not alone. DS is nearly 19 mhts and only wants to eat raisins, biscuits and hula hoops (which he only gets at playgroups - we don't have these at home), toasted cinammon bagel, chunks of cheese, pesto pasta. Won't eat fruit or veg - refuses to even try. I keep offering and offering different things - still won't he won't have it. IT's the most frustrating thing in the world. He is a very healthy size, looking bigger than his age, but he just WON'T EAT!!! He too has gone off the dishes that he used to lap up when he was younger. At least your LO eats fruit! Arrgh! It is so frustrating!!! Not to mention a complete waste of perfectly good food!!!
