I found some sun dried tomatoes in the cupboard which I bought a few years ago when they were still quite trendy...

...but they smell fine, so I have poured boiling water over them but don't know what to do next. Dd1 fancies putting them in bread.

Bung them into a tomato pasta sauce.

Personally I find them also rather fab when chopped into wine/stock to cook puy lentils in. And echt vegan for you, of course, as well.

If you've got any puff pastry you could make a nice cheesey tart with them and some roast onions/veg. Bit of basil and balsamic too?

They were in an airtight bag and smell/look fine.
