Carrot soup

I've just made an enormous vat of carrot and coriander soup for a school function tomorrow. It's nice, but it's very sweet - I think the carrots must have been sweeter than usual. I've tried bunging in some worstershire sauce and some balsamic vinegar (my usual secret ingredients!) but it's still very sweet. Anybody got any rescue ideas?

I would try adding some salt and some chilli sauce.
