frozen filo pastry

am a pastry novice, got some frozen filo pastry ( in error) to make filo parcels- mint, feta and potato..

any tips ?

well, i won;t be doing that again !

very hard to make triangles, i found, so ended up with little parcels, and a big horseshoe one too !

were nice, but i think i will stick with ordering them at my favourite restaurant!

It does get better, the more you do it. I remember finding filo quite hard, the first few times.

And triangles are ok, you just keep folding them sideways, iyswim.
