Rabbit recipes?

I bought a wild rabbit today at the farmer's market - haven't eaten it since I was a child and my dad used to do tandoori rabbit! I'm looking for ideas..

I like slow pot-roasted rabbit - cut rabbit into large chunks and coat with flour, brown it well, add onions and cook until softened, add other veggies you might like and whatever herbs you fancy, pour in some stock and white wine, cover and leave in oven at a low heat for at least 2 hours.
When it's done take out the meat and reduce the liquid down to maybe half, serve with the meat.
Goes well with risotto...
