How old are the kids? Try Lorraine Kelly's Baby and Toddler Eating plan. I bought this one on a recommendation from mumsnet, You can adapt the meals for adults, and it seems less fussy than Annabel Karmel (I have hers too though)

For packed lunches I have a great little book called the Lunchbox book by Penny Stanway and Sara Lewis (Hamlyn Books)
