which is a hot salad of smoked sausage and mushrooms with onions and tomatoes and avocado!! which he loves with crusty homemade bread!

Don't have much food in at the moment as we are going away for a week on Saturday.

DD and her friend are having fishfingers, chips and peas.

Me and DH are having curry, the premade box type ones from sainsburys.

I will cook tomorrow - making a big casserole to use up all the veggies, then can freeze any leftovers.

Tonight is roasted lamb leg steaks with rosemary sweet potatoes and runner beans
