Lemon Sole - what do i do with it???

Ds1 has lemon sole in school. Managed to get some when i went shopping today (81p result) anyway, it wasnt til i was walking home that i thought, WTF do i do with it??

Can i just coat it in breadcrumbs or try something more fancy??

just grill it with a tiny bit of butter and black pepper - will take no time at all and will be yummy

Just go on google and type in lemon sole recipe - there will be loads! Personally I would do what Taylor said - bit of butter and under the grill.

Put it on some tinfoil, pour on some olive oil, salt pepper, lime juice/lemon juice, sprinkle on some dried chillies, a splash of white wine, maybe some garlic, fold the foil over the top so it doesn't leak, and stick it in the oven for 20 minutes or so, depending on how big.
YUM! Also YUM with monkfish, or indeed any white fresh fish.

I'd just grill it.

I've also made it into little goujons for DD's before.
