... I know this should be really easy, but dds want to make these this afternoon, having tried the M&S ones. However, M&S ones list sweetened skimmed condensed milk in their ingredients, and I can't find a recipie that includes this. Any ideas, anyone? TIA

I don't have a recipe that includes condensed milk, but this is one I use all the time and the kids love it:

6oz marg
8tbsp golden syrup
2oz caster sugar
12oz oats

melt marg, sugar and syrup in a pan. Stir in oats and mix well.
Spread in a greased tin approx 8" by 12"
Bake at 190 deg C, 375 deg F, or gas mark 5, for 15-20 mins.
Cut into fingers while still warm.
Leave to cool completely before removing from tray.

You can also add 4oz raisins if you like.

HTH!
