Red lentils

I have load of lentils in my cupboard I usually just make tomato and lentil soup. What else can I do with them I fancy a lentil bake or something like that anyone got any ideas.

I put lentils is spag bol and chilli to bulk it out a bit

That a good idea just about to make a sausage cassarole in the slow cooker do you think I could add them to that. I fso can I just chuck them in.

i chuck a few oin with sausage casserole too (don't have it often) in fact i try and sprinkle lentils in most things lol! as well as sneaking in some celery!

you could always serve them as a vegetable for a change?

Got some celery in the fridge hanging about chuck some of that in as well then. Thanks
