Spinach?

Im thinking of making lasagna tommorow, can I add spinach to it and how?

I would add the spinach to the bechamel sauce personally, once it was wilted.

If it's fresh, put it in a pan with only about 1cm of boiling water in it, put the lid on and in a few moments it will be wilted. If it's the frozen blocks of spinach I'd stick it in the microwave to thaw/warm it then drain it really well as it contains tnnes more water than fresh spinach - squeeze it into a sieve with the back of a spoon. Then add to sauce.

i wilt it and chop it finely first then layer it (not too much) on top of the bolognaise sauce
