Good baking trays?

Can anyone recommend a good range of baking trays?
I have looked at the Mermaid range at Lakeland which Delia recommends but they are too heavy (we dont have a high level oven so need them to be fairly light).
Also need them to be ok to use on a hob for when we make gravy etc.

I find the swan range fab...they are easy to clean and I have had them 2 years..they are as good as new..they are on offer at tescos atm..

the kaiser range is amazing quality
