is one of these okay for a 15 month old toddler? Was thinking of cutting a burger into bite sizes with some rice.

Just read the content and there is 0.6g of salt per burger and 1.1g of sugar. Another question is where do i find out how much he should be having in general (salt, sugar etc..?)

Most of the time he eats fresh veg/chicken and meat that i prepare with NO salt added but am looking at alternatives for days that i can't do that - liek today.

excuse typos, baby in hand.

Prob not what I'd choose; all very processed, and we avoid wheat due to family history, but no real reason why not occasionally, I think. Would you do better with a good quality meat burger, or tofu rather than soya/ wheat protein?

Might be nicer to batch make your own - veggie or meat - and then freeze.
