I need more specific quantities! How much is a pot of cream and how big is the tin of condensed milk? Sorry to be a pain, I promise I won't start anymore cheesecake threads after this!

ive made this recipe so many times that i just throw it together now without thinking.

pot of cream... 284 ml pot

tins of condensed milk used to come in 2 sizes iirc, but i can only get the bigger size now (405g), so i use it but don't put it all in - i put in about 1/2 to 2/3 of the tin...
