I am a little bit funny woth kidneys and offal and the like and have never eaten them
well I was in the supermarket and thought 'oh I'll be brave and buy some steak and kidney pies....poor dh doesn't get to have them cause I wont eat them...hmmm maybe I'll try them, maybe they will be nice'
bought them home told dh and....turns out he's not keen on kidney either and I was mistaken, he doesn't care that we haven't had them lol
anyway, I've popped one in the oven, tea for one dh not back yet, could someone tell me what to expect. Are they nice? Should I be funny about them, sre they meaty or mushy?
It's just a bird's eye frozen pie(I know, hardly gourmet).
