very easy banana cake recipe?

Hi there, can someone give me a foolproof banana cake recipe please?

DH makes this and it is YUMMY!

The riper the better for the bananas. And I sometimes substitute dates or apricots or something for the walnuts.

1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg
2 ripe bananas mashed
3/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

mix together, grease loaf pan, pour in bake at 170 for 1 hour or until toothpick somes out clean.

Mashing bananas with a potato masher is dd2's job!
