I'm going to attempt to make my own wedding cake. I have a good recipe from my great auntie for the cake but I think I am going to struggle with the icing.
1, How do you get the smooth icing 'seamless' effect on a round cake?
2, How do I stop it sinking into each other if I want them to sit on top of each other?
3, Any good websites? Cake decorating tips websites? etc?
Please help! All advice welcome
