I've had to drfrost my freezer (I left the door open over night). i started cooking the mince thinking I'd just make a bolognese sauce to go back in the freezer but then saw the puff pastry.
I've looked on the BBC recipe pages etc but they give recipes using uncooked mince.
Any suggestions please?
I do have another little freezer so it can be something to freeze.

TIA

Minced beef pie.

Make as a cottage pie and put a puff pastry lid on. serve with potatoes and veg.

and I could then freeze that once it was cooked huh?
thanks Collision.

i use puff pastry to 'wrap up' leftovers, then give them to dh instead of sarnies.

do you think i could make a version of sausage roll? If I add some cooked chopped onion and tomato etc.

I'd call it a cornish pasty and seal both ends - just so it doesn't fall apart. sausage meat is quite sticky compared to mince. /but yeah, that kind of idea.It always looks much cleverer than ot is
