I've got cod, spanich, leeks, cream, broccoli, peppers, cauliflower. Thank you!

Dip the cod in a bit of milk and lightly dip in flour, then fry with some garlic.

Cook the leeks, spinach and brocoli and make a white sauce with the cream and a bit of veg stock.

poach the cod (then keep warm) in milk which you then use to make white sauce for sauteed veg (you might want to steam the cauli/broc lightly first)
