been making redcurrant jelly today! thanks to delia and contributions from the thread below!...
it was very easy to make and has set beautifully! so now i'm thinking of making mint jelly! (tons of it in the garden!)
any easy ones out there that set well!
dh made some last year from his mums recipe (very wolly! erm... some sugar and some apples mix it and hey presto!)... very tasty jelly but a bit rubbery and took weeks to set!!! how i laughed!!! !
