We love eating at Wagamamas and were wondering how complicated the recipes are and how difficult it is to get hold of the ingredients? Thanks for helping.

I have the cookbook - didn't find any of the recipes for meals that I enjoy in the restaurant in it

Oh now I am very interested here because the dcs are currently so keen on Wagamama that they want to buy dh this book so he can cook chicken ramen etc at home.
The verdict is not looking stunning...

sorry I've got Wagamama Ways with Noodles - that probably explains it

Marina · 15/03/2007 21:45

keep up Iota

Jennster · 15/03/2007 21:46

Wow that was quick thanks folks. I've seen the book so many places, but just assumed it would be impossible to replicate at home. We love the Chicken Ramen too.

Iota · 15/03/2007 21:50

hot and sour seafood ramen

oooh they are all here

MrsBadger · 15/03/2007 21:53

Have looked

I think the recipes from the restaurant are all in there but they seem to rely on making proper stock from scratch which is way too much effort for me.

Ingredients look easy if you have a chinese shop (or Waitrose) but may be tougher in eg Somerfield

So in fact both might be worth a punt...we have a request for chicken yakitori too, I should thing that will be in the original book. Thanks
