Any fun meals to keep children interested at meal times.

Hi strangehair you could make the food into a funny face i used to do this for the children that i used to look after,they used to love it and get quite excited.

It was the only way they would eat their vegetables too,i used to do it with their puddins too.I would use hundreds and thousands and sweeties and cut up pieces of fruit.Let me know how it goes.

Try dip to get them to eat more veg; carrot sticks, pepper strips, celery, pitta bread etc. with hummous, tzatziki(sp?), or just Greek yogourt. Serve tiny food: cherry tomatoes, little meatballs, mini muffins, party quiche. Sometimes a big plate is intimidating so start small, you can always give more if they ask!
