i was going to make rolls but have found i have no yeast. what now?

MIL is coming for dinner and I'm making her fave soup and rolls. But as I mentioned I have no yeast.
does anyone have any recipes for yeastless bread? something to impress the MIL would be a bonus!!

you could make savour herby or cheesy scones or soda bread
