We do Jamie's cous cous salad recipe which is lush but has a lot of olive oil in it. Just wondering about other cous cous recipes (that's the only one we do ) as dd was a big fan.. she's 6 months.

Surely the olive oil can only be a good thing? Babies need fat!

agree .. don't understand what's wrong with olive oil

tbh I like my couscous made with stock and with small salad veg chopped into it and artichoke hearts and black olives

We do one with peppers, sweetcorn, 1/2 an onion and raisins in and stir a couple of tablespoons of orange juice into the couscous before serving. It's very tasty.

Cook it in unsalted water. Still in a knob of butter or oil. babies need fats

I roast a load of veg's, mix with some chopped tomatoes and add the cous cous - DS loves it!
