Spanish mumsnetters: Gaspacho recipe PLEASE

I noticed yet again, when visiting SIL in Madrid, that Spanish gaspacho, i.e the REAL THING tastes completely different from gaspacho made elsewhere. I was at a buffet with a huge vat of the best gaspacho I've had in all my life, and I literally refilled my bowl 8 or 9 times.

What is the secret recipe? (Also I'd love a good recipe for sangria.)

I was hoping you'd come through whymummy--thanks so much. I see you don't put bread in your gazpacho (sorry for previous misspelling). I'm going to make it tonight. (Maybe the sangria too!) K

I had to read that several times- I was agog at the amount of liquid in it, and only started to get suspicious when I got to the lemonade
