Which foods are high in Omega 3 oils..

apart from oily fish?
And which foods are high in Omega 6?

being completely thick here what do I use to grind them? or do i need pestle and mortar(sp)

i use the mini-hand mixer i use to puree baby food.

can pobably use:
food processor
hand mixer
pestle, morter
liquidiser
coffee grinder

or put in a plastic bag and bang with a rolling pin!

i suppose really any food processor-type thing.
