Quick ... I'm looking for that roast chicken with lemon recipe and more than 500 come up and it needs to be in the oven in 5 minutes

what do I do? do I just shove a lemon up it?

yep - i do ... also you can zest it and sprinkle in the tray so the gravy goes lemony/halve the lemon before you shove it up its bum and squeeze over the skin.
I do this and then squeeze some honey, sea salt and olive oil on skin which goes well crispy

I slice lemon and slide it under the chicken's skin. Scrummy.
